Bekah Parker

Bekah supports collaborative initiatives across departments, coordinates team communications, and helps organize events and projects that connect Pamplin’s mission to its internal and external audiences. She also contributes to content development, streamlines internal processes, and provides overall team support.

Before joining Virginia Tech, Bekah spent several years working in the mental health field, where she developed a strong foundation in empathetic engagement, problem solving, and client-focused service. She later launched and managed a creative business, gaining valuable experience in operations, branding, and client relations. During that time, she also participated in planning and coordinating events within the community, strengthening her passion for connection, collaboration, and meaningful engagement. Combined with experience in donor relations and outreach, Bekah brings a thoughtful, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to her work.

She earned her B.S. in Sociology and Social Work with a minor in Women’s Studies from Radford University. Bekah is passionate about helping teams bring ideas to life and enjoys building strong, mission-driven connections across the University and community.
